Deformed agglomerates near Tintagel, North Cornwall

Abstract

It is shown that fragments in agglomerates, which occur in chlorite schists near Tintagel, may have been both flattened and constricted. Flattening was probably associated with formation of the schistosity, and constriction with later boudinage.
