Abstract
The ligamentum teres hepatis connects the umbilicus to the left lobe of the liver, and thus a hepatic lesion can spread through the ligament to the umbilicus and the anterior abdominal wall. We present a case of hepatoma of the left lobe which extended to the rectus abdominis muscle through the ligamentum teres. Keywords
