Abstract
This study was designed to investigate the extent to which a policy regarding graduate admission standards exists among selected graduate faculty members at Colorado State College. Twenty judges utilized Normative Judgment Analysis techniques to generate a projected criterion of graduate school success on profile data for thirty randomly selected doctoral graduates. The results of the study indicate that essentially one policy was being expressed by the judges. Keywords
