Abstract
Photometric measurements of light emission of Armillaria mellea, A. fusipes, Mycena galopus, M. polygramma, Panus stipticus, Clitocybe illudens, and Omphalia flavida are accurately reported for the first time. Effects of tern-perature on light emission of P. stipticus yielded the following results: minimum-10''C, maximum 40[degree]C, optimum 18-26[degree]C. X-irradiation of .3R- 20R showed a 2-4 fold increase in luminescence within 2-3 hours maintained for 5 days thereafter. Dosages of 100-5000R neither killed the cultures nor extinguished the light, which was increased up to 75% within 6-8 hours. The probable mechanisms for this resistance are discussed. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
