Abstract
A new device for endoscopic treatment of pancreatic pseudocysts is described. It aims to provide improved safety and ease of performance of endoscopic cystoenterostomy, even in difficult cases of massive compression of the intestinal wall with upper gastrointestinal obstruction. In this preliminary report, nine patients have been treated without complication. Keywords
