SUMMARYTwo patients with pulseless upper extrmities proved to have an asymptomatic temporal (giant cell) arteritis and an occlusive systemic vasculopathy. The Salient features that should suggest a systemic giant cell arteritis in an elderly person with pulseless extremities are discussed
