Abstract
Rats fed an adequate stock diet, various milk diets, or a standard purified basal ration, containing all the known vitamins except vitamin C, showed superior growth with small daily supplements of raw or heated liver. More numerous and heavier young were reared by the rats which received the supplemented basal ration. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
