Abstract
Summary: An association between acute relapsing pancreatitis and the contraceptive pill has recently been suggested (Bank and Marks, 1970; Davidoff, Tishler and Rosoff, 1973). We wish to report a further case of acute pancreatitis in a patient taking the pill. In contrast to previous cases the serum lipids were normal and the pancreatitis was severe and ultimately fatal. Keywords
