Abstract
Persistent defects were noted after successful ureteral reimplantations in 91% of patients with preoperative pyelographic changes. The renal ratio between the kidney with reflux and its contralateral normal mate also was static despite the eradication of infection. A degree of renal dysgenesis is apparently not uncommon in association with reflux and may be the major factor in explaining these findings. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
