Abstract
Depending upon the growth condition, there is a possibility of having distinct micron sized regions of differing order in the same Pb (Sc½Ta½) O3 crystal. This note describes the supporting result s obtained by the pyroelectric measurements and transmission electron microscopic observations on the single crystals of PST.Keywords
