Abstract
Spontaneous leakage of the cerebrospinal fluid due to intracranial hypertension is rare and discharge due to ventricular fistula is still less common. Two cases of rhinorrhea due to fistulous tracts from the anterior horn of the lateral ventricles through the cribriform plate to the nasal cavity are described, and one case of otorrhea due to a fistulous tract from the temporal horn by an unknown path to the midlle ear.
