Abstract
Crystalline lysozyme was treated with hydrazine, dinitrophenol; and C-terminal peptides were fractionated by chromatographic analysis with silica-gel and Hyflo supercel columns. The amino acid sequence of lysozyme from C-terminal was identified as asparaginyl (or aspartyl)-glycyl-analnyl-asparaginyl-leucyl.This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
