Abstract
It is shown that in ‘‘heavy-fermion’’ superconductors a new vortex state can occur characterized by the existence of half magnetic flux quanta. Vortices in polycrystals should exist even in the absence of an externally applied magnetic field. The internal structure of the vortices is also investigated. Keywords
