Abstract
OBJECTIVE—Peroxisome proliferator–activated receptors (PPARs) are therapeutic targets for fibrates and thiazolidinediones, which are commonly used to ameliorate hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia in type 2 diabetes. In this study, we evaluated whether activation of PPARα and PPARγ stimulates neoangiogenesis.Keywords
