Abstract
Frequency domain methods are described for testing the robust stability of a class of time-delay systems with an uncertain time constant. Both parametric and non-parametric uncertainties are considered. Our technique determines, without a sweep of time-delay, the maximum time-delay constant which preserves the robust stability. Keywords
