Abstract
Congenital adrenal hypoplasia is recorded in 2 brothers who died in the neonatal period. Two previous examples of this condition in infants have been reported; 1 sibling has been maintained alive by replacement therapy in each. Histological study suggests that the present 2 cases suffered from primary adrenal gland hypoplasia with secondary pituitary basophilism, the effects of which are demonstrable on the other endocrine glands. This publication has 37 references indexed in Scilit:
