Abstract
The article examines a study of the concurrent validity of two Ohio State leadership scales, the supervisory behavior description questionnaire and the revised leader behavior description questionnaire. A comparison of the questionnaires and reviews of related studies are discussed. The methodology used in the study and its results are analyzed. A discussion of the study's findings, it's implications for further research, and details related to the sample group participating in the study are also presented.
