Abstract
A case is reported of a 4-year-old female with an adrenal cortical carcinoma that developed at the site of a previously removed adrenal gland. Initially, the tumor was only virilizing, but with time, it also became the source of a large secretion of glucocorticoids and, to a lesser degree, mineralocorticoids. It is one of the largest and most functional tumors described in a child. Keywords
