In Vitro Study of Carious Lesions Around Dental Restorations

Abstract
Twenty-three teeth were filled with silver and copper amalgam restorations. Carious lesions were detected around 9 out of 23 silver amalgam restorations, whereas carious lesions were found around 18 out of 23 copper amalgam restorations. This difjerence was statistically significant.Keywords
