Abstract
A 69-year-old man with sulfone-resistant subcorneal pustular dermatosis was successfully treated by etretinate, 1 mg/kg body weight for 5 days, followed by 0.75 mg/kg body weight for 2 months. This confirms the possible usefulness of systemic retinoids in nonpsoriatic pustulosis. Keywords
