Abstract
THE purpose of this article is to review important new advances in urologic surgery. For the most part, the developments that are discussed have occurred within the last three years. Because of the limitations of space, this report is highly selective and represents only a part of the enormous recent contributions to the field.Renal SurgeryBilateral Nephrectomy in Malignant HypertensionIt now appears that some patients with terminal renal disease have hypertension that has a renal origin.
