Abstract
An accepted colorimetric assay for the end product of the enzymic hydrolysis of L-leucyl-β-naphthylamide by leucine aminopeptidase in serum and urine has been modified. This modification has been shown to result in enhanced facility of handling large numbers of assays of this enzyme with considerably improved precision. Keywords
