Landsplaner for vern av vassdrag mot kraftutbygging

Abstract
Three national plans at hand, prepared by different official bodies, are discussed and compared. It is argued that a plan for the utilisation of water power resources and protection of river basins must be related to the use and protection of other natural resources, and that neither the methodology nor the machinery for comprehensive planning of this kind is satisfactory.
