Abstract
A relation is established between the Schoeffler sensitivityS^{2}and the variance\sigma F^{2}of a network functionF. It is shown that under fairly general conditions,S^{2}is proportional to\sigma F^{2}/a^{2}where a is the tolerance factor applied to all components. Keywords
