Abstract

Nucleophilic aromatic substitution of tert-butyl 4-fluorobenzoate (3) with α,ω-diamines 5 has been used to provide the synthetic intermediates 2 [tert-butyl 4-N-(ω-aminoalkyl)amino-benzoates] in good yields.
