Abstract
A patient underwent operation for a gastric ulcer, proved radiologically and gastroscopically, and was found to have, in addition to the ulcer, a prepyloric mucosal diaphragm 1.5 cm proximal to the pylorus. This is the 26th such web reported in an adult, and only the fifth associated with peptic ulcer disease. Keywords
