ANGIOMYOLIPOMA OF THE LIVER

Abstract
The case of a 59-yr-old woman with angiomyolipoma who was diagnosed by CT [computed tomography] appearance and attenuation values before surgery is reported. The patient underwent a right hepatic lobectomy and has been well for 2 yr and 7 mo. since surgery. The present paper may be the 1st report of angiomyolipoma of the liver diagnosed by CT scan before surgery and successfully treated by hepatic resection.
