Abstract
OBJECTIVE. We assessed the high-resolution CT findings of pulmonary leukemic infiltrates. CONCLUSION. High-resolution CT findings of pulmonary leukemic infiltrates reflect the predilection of leukemic cells to involve the perilymphatic pulmonary interstitium.Keywords
