Zur Kenntnis des Süßmandel-Emulsins

Abstract
The activity of the pure components A and B of [beta]-D-glucopyranoside [[beta]-D-Glucoside-glucohydrolase (EC 3.2.1.21)] from sweet almonds was measured with the characteristic substrates of this enzyme: [beta]-D-glucosides and ([beta]-D-6-deoxy-glucosides ([beta]-D-isorhamnosides). The molecular weight of each component was determined, and the amino acid and sugar contents were determined quantitatively after hydrolysis.
