Abstract
Atlanto-axial subluxation arising from congenital anomalies in 10 pediatric patients was characterized by an unusual neural presentation, so that accurate diagnosis was delayed for months or even years. Of the 10 patients, 9 were treated by fusion of the cervical spine with good clinical results. Keywords
