Abstract
To investigate a relationship between structural features of aminocyclitols and biological activities of aminocyclitol antibiotics, 4-O-(2′-amino-2′-deoxy-α-d-glucopyranosyl)- and 4-O-(6′-amino-6′-deoxy-α-d-glucopyranosyl)-2,5-dideoxystreptamines (8 and 15a) have been synthesized, and their biological activities against several microorganisms were determined.Keywords
