Abstract
The technique descr. here is an adaptation of a routine cytochemical method employed on blood films to demonstrate lipids. This modification is designed to reveal "masked" lipids not demonstrable by routine procedures. It involves the use of Sudan black B, but on blood films previously treated with various organic acids. Keywords
