Abstract
Chromosomal abnormalities were reported earlier in Alzheimer-type dementia. Sister chromatid exchanges (SCE) were studied in 4 patients with Alzheimer''s disease and 5 control subjects. This sensitive method to detect chromosomal damage showed no elevated number of SCE in Alzheimer''s disease. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
