Abstract
Occlusive dressings reduce healing time by up to 50% over air-exposed wounds. Biobrane (Woodroof, Santa Ana, CA), a biosynthetic wound dressing which is maintenance free, shortens wound healing, and results in less erythema and milia formation, appears to be the wound dressing best suited for dermabrasion. Keywords
