Abstract
C.A.S.E., a managment model for introducing microcomputers into a service delivery system over a period of four years, provides a systematic method for approaching its four components—conceptualization, acquisition, staff development, and evaluation. Aspects of each component are described here, and practical applications are provided. Keywords
