Abstract
The water-soluble, methanol-insoluble Cu salts, prepared from a human hair hydrolysate, yielded pure serine. The amt. isolated (1.8% of the wt. of hair taken) is considerably less than the amt. present in hair, as detd. by periodate oxidation. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
