Abstract
The orbital angular momentum of the meson produced from at 16 GeV/c was studied by analyzing the decay angular distributions in the state. A completely Bose-symmetrized formalism was used to measure the ratio of the helicity states of the from the decay. The value obtained, , indicates a substantial -wave contribution in the decay.
