Abstract
The combination of sirenomelia and anencephaly was observed in a stillborn dizygotic twin. A review of the literature revealed no other patients reported to have both conditions. Various explanations concerning the genesis of sirenomelia, and also the combination with anencephaly, are discussed. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
