Gewinnung pflanzlicher Proteine und Viren durch Drucktau-Verfahren und Gel-Filtration

Abstract
Dem verehrten Lehrer, Herrn Professor Dr. A. BUTENANDT, zum 60. Geburtstag Isolation of plantproteins in the native state and virus is achieved by means of pressure-thawing and gel-filtration. The frozen plantmaterial (about -5°) is given into special filtertissue in a hydraulic press and the sap forced through. The sap is run through a Sephadex-column immediately. Preparation below 0° and separation of phenoloxydases from phenols inhibits sidereactions, especially denaturation by tanning. A fractogramm is given from the soluble part of potato tubers.
