Evidence for a positive parity decoupled band in

Abstract
A band of levels has been assigned to the previously unobserved . The measurements of angular distributions and excitation functions are consistent with an interpretation of these levels as arising from the decoupling of a proton from the core. The results are compared with the previously proposed decoupled band.
