Abstract
Summary: Heat-labile factors, resembling C′1 and C′2, and a hydrazine-sensitive factor resembling C′4 are required for the inactivation of C′3 by zymosan. Certain similarities exist between the interaction of C′ with zymosan and with sensitized and unsensitized red cells and bacteria. Keywords
