Abstract
New methods for the preparation and purification of nephrotoxic cysteine conjugates of chloro‐ and fluoro‐alkenes are described. The methods are applicable to a wide range of cysteine, N‐acetyl cysteine and glutathione conjugates and examples have been given of the synthesis and characterisation of two novel glutathione conjugates. Keywords
