Abstract
Information on the population structure and breeding of the following species is presented: Siriella armata (Milne-Edwards), 5. clausii G. O. Sars, S.jaltensis (Czerniavsky),Gastrosaccus spinifer (Goës), Anchialina agilis (G. O. Sars),Psendomma affine G. O. Sars and Hemimysis latnornae (Couch). There is no previously published information on the biology of these species in British waters except notes on 5. armata and A. agilis. Notes on the occurrence of the following species on the west coast of Scotland are also given: Siriella norvegica G. O. Sars, Gastrosaccus sanctus (van Beneden), G. normani G. O. Sars, Leptomysis mediterranea G. O. Sars, Mesopodopsis slabberi (van Beneden), Heteromysis formosa S. I. Smith and Acanthomysis longicornis (Milne-Edwards).Keywords
