Abstract
The growth-inhibiting action of basic phenylmercuric nitrate on Escherichia colt, Eberthella typhosa, and Staphylococcus aureus can be antagonized by the sulfhydryl-containing compounds cysteine, homocysteine, and glutathione, but not by cystine and methionine.This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
