Abstract
A case of adult Gaucher's disease presenting with haemorrhagic pericardial effusion is reported. Three similar cases have been reported. The possible aetiological factors in this case are assessed, the likely cause being thrombocytopenia due to hypersplenism associated with Gaucher's disease. Keywords
