Abstract
Form only given. In conclusion, we have implemented a high-performance optically amplified 1550-nm lightwave AM-VSB CATV system. The system performs well and is consistent with theoretical analysis for passive link. Chromatic dispersion and self-phase modulation account for the CNR, CSO, and CTB degradation associated with fiber. Author(s) Kuo, C.Y.
