Abstract
The lesser signs included notching of QRS, especially in Lead III and in chest leads over the right ventricle, depression of the S-T segment, a low or blunt T wave in Lead I and in V4, dipping of the terminal limb of T, an inverted U wave and moderate or greater notching of QRS in chest leads over the left ventricle which show a qR pattern. This evidence is as important as is that of the more characteristic signs of myocardial ischemia. Keywords
