Abstract
The authors develop and apply a schema to evaluate outcomes of privatization. The schema is applied to evaluative research conducted on privatizations in France, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. The findings indicate that comprehensive evaluations of privatization outcomes are wanting.Keywords
