Abstract
A case with a transdiaphragmatic duplication of the small intestine is reported. This was probably of neurenteric origin as it was attached superiorly to C3, and inferiorly to the terminal ileum. Five other similar cases from the records of this hospital are discussed. A brief review of the literature and a discussion of the embryology of these anomalies is included.
