Abstract
A case of fatal intoxication with amphetamines taken as psychedelic drugs is described in detail. Concentration levels of drug in blood, urine and liver are given. The use of amphetamines in Greece as stimulants or psychedelic drugs is limited; it concerns particularly the few heroin addicts who attempt to substitute their needs with this compound. Fatal intoxications with amphetamines are quite rare. That is the reason for this paper: to recount the story of a 30-year-old male who died after taking an overdose of this drug. Keywords
